Sharon Ho has worked over 15 years in HR business partnering in healthcare industries - Sanofi, GE Healthcare, Philips. Prior to joining HOYA, she was the trusted HR advisor in Sanofi supporting senior leadership and line management from Business Transformation, R&D, Sanofi Genzyme, Global Support Functions for China and Emerging markets, Medical, HSE and Security as well as local affiliates (Sales & Marketing).

Throughout her HR career, she has pursued different HR pathways in local / plant/ regional HR, global HR as well as HR specialist roles in HR Operations and C&B to build her HR competencies. Most recently, she has completed the ‘Company of Good’ fellowship program in Singapore sponsored by HOYA Surgical Optics to drive greater impact on corporate social responsibility. She aspired to be the catalyst to develop employees as ambassadors for the good we do in this community and create a culture of lasting impact.
