Meet the Inventor
CLEARlog was created by Professor Mohammed Muhtaseb (FRCOphth), a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with the NHS and a specialist in Cornea, Cataract, and Refractive Surgery. Based in South Wales, Professor Muhtaseb is fully registered with the General Medical Council.
A graduate of St George’s Hospital Medical School, University of London, he completed his degree with Distinction in 1995. He has undergone three sub-specialty fellowships in Cornea Surgery, Refractive Surgery, and Medical/Neuro-Ophthalmology.
Currently running the private cataract clinic iLase in the UK, Professor Muhtaseb developed CLEARlog as a cost- and time-efficient tool for surgeons to conduct comprehensive multifactorial outcome analysis.
