Work Location/Site: Mörfelden, Germany
Role Overview
In this role, the incumbent ensures smooth team operations and warehouse activities by supporting local staff. Key aspect is the facilitation of organizational needs in the warehouse and ensuring correct data input in our databases.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely, and warehouse space is used efficiently
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met
- Supervise staff to ensure that all warehouse activities and all machines and equipment is operated safely
- Train new workers in the organization’s operating procedures and standards
- Ensure that there is sufficient inventory to meet the organisation’s needs by moving products and managing out-of-stock/over-stocked products
- Enter data into a database or other computerised system to maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information; place movement orders; respond to inquiries (e.g. inventory levels or delivery schedules)

Experience
- Experience in logistics and warehouse management
Skills/Accreditations
- High degree of reliability
- Flexibility
- Hands-on mentality
- Attention to detail
- Good understanding of MS Office, SAP, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics365
- Good English skills
- Fluent German
Academic Qualifications
- Relevant vocational training and / or equivalent experience in logistics
