About the role

Reports to: Finance Business Partner Manager

Function: Finance

Work Location/Site: Frankfurt, Germany

Role Overview

As Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with functional heads of all business units, especially EMEA Sales Management. You will build a strong partnership with our Finance and Commercial team in order to fulfill the following

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaboration with the finance team worldwide on financial, accounting, and administrative controlling matters
• Support EMEA sales management in operational and commercial financial matters
• Preparation and consolidation of quarterly and annual budgets for the region
• Support the continuous development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operational plan and modelling tools
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Quarterly and monthly financial reporting
• Working with a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Analysing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes
• Supporting the senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis

Requirements

Experience

• Experience in a multinational environment with many challenges
• Experience in both statutory accounting and commercial business partnering

Skills/Accreditations

• Ability to think critically and innovatively combine willingness to challenge status quo.
• Although not necessarily a subject matter expert, know enough of each function to ask right questions, knows risks and keep deliverables on track.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Academic Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant qualification

Travel requirements

• Up to 15%
