Job Description

This role will support the entire Customer Service Function for Regions, Distributors AP/LATAM + OEM

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support above level or/and Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily activity
  • Provide update if the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instructions (WI) are not being maintained, irregular or obsolete (which do not update on actual activities)
  • Perform order management activities of Global/AP customers for FG
  • Consignment replenishment to local hospitals
  • Drop Shipment: Orders Management & Shipment Arrangements
  • Order Management for Overseas Factory Operations
  • Interface with all customers & forwarders on Ordering & Shipment related matters
  • Manage all insurance/broker claims
  • Manage PO for FG & samples
  • Perform stock allocation/reservation
  • Perform order receiving, order confirmation
  • Coordinate customer PO and logistics
  • Generate Invoice/ DN/DO/Pick list
  • Coordinate sales return and write off coordination
  • Update customer order status and prepare back order report weekly
  • Track demand/forecast vs. actual sales (detail diopter level)
  • Manage sales incentive and credit note
  • Assist annual Stock-take reconciliation at factory
  • Prepares monthly shipment/schedule summary
  • Develops and maintain excellent services to internal and external customers
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

 

Education

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Logistics or related field

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years of Warehouse & Logistics, import & export and related field experience

 

Skills/Competencies

  • Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Warehouse, Logistics, IQC, Import & Export and quality management skill
  • Technically proficient and possess good planning and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to examine report and data in order to recommend improvements to procedures
  • Computer literacy skill
